Scientific revolution means a series of events that led to the birth of modern science. The scientific revolution was a period between 1540 and 1700. This time was where science was a way of gaining knowledge about the world and where Greek thinkers and scientists were made. Before the scientific revolution, most educated people who studied the world used the explanations from Greek writers and Catholic officials. With the scientific revolution people paid more attention on what they observed than what they told them.
